Entrepreneurial Organization
Challenge: Assist a highly charismatic
entrepreneur in developing strategies that diminish the depletion of
his energy and focus due to his tendency to micro-manage.
Solution: Through executive coaching
first with the client, then with his team, Kellert worked with the team
members to develop the tools and strategies necessary to improve communication
and build trust.
Results: The team found unity
and were able to create a powerful vision for the entire organization.
This focus increased profitability by 15% and allowed the leader to trust
his team thus freeing his time to focus on growth and innovation.

and retraction of funding for, a projected 5-year project.

the team leader lacked the leadership skills to inspire cooperation and
team alignment. Through executive coaching, the team leader broke through
the fears and behavioral patterns that were inhibiting him from asserting
himself as a directed, powerful leader. Through work with the team, Kellert

client's possible plant closure by improving employee productivity to

not have the commitment necessary to improve productivity because they
were not asked to participate in decisions on how the organization functioned.
Kellert worked with the organization to develop processes that brought
decision-making to every level of the organization. Employees were encouraged
to participate in developing strategies to improve safety, security,
cost containment and productivity.
Results: Employees became actively
engaged in the organization. Employee participation increased by 40%
resulting in the proactive restructuring of marketing, sales and production
processes. In addition to improving employee satisfaction, profitability
increased by 20% and new avenues for revenue/profit generation were identified.
Manufacturing Firm
Challenge: As the result of a corporate
merger, integrate two distinct corporate cultures into one organizational
culture that reflected the values, strengths and missions of each organization.
Solution: Kellert, using her signature
processes, determined that one of the two organizations was better at
maximizing and generating revenues while the other organization's strengths
were in the area of research and development. To meld the two distinct
cultures required integrating the philosophies and values that supported
each of the individual organizations strengths.
Results: The organization built a
new organizational culture that embodied the best of both organizations.
