Dreaming Reality: The Seven Phases of Creating workshop
is designed to educate participants on how to build the capacity and
ability to consistently move projects, people and organizations forward
with commitment, speed and agility. This workshop is designed to help
individuals and organizations build the skills necessary to approach
work with a powerful, creative edge. Today's challenges call
for a new kind of executive and employee, one who can consistently
summon innovative energies to the benefit of the individual, the organization
and the customers they serve. This workshop teaches participants the
skills required to answer this call.
Dreaming Reality: The Seven Phases of Creating workshop provides
a road map and sustainable framework for participants to access their innate
power to dream and imagine new realities and achieve astonishing results.
Participants will learn to:
- turn a vision into a profitable reality
- manage change with greater velocity
- generate sustainability for projects, people and
their organization
- understand why endeavors fail, gets stuck, or never
stabilize
- turn breakdowns into
opportunities for breakthroughs
- unleash innovation and creativity in their organization

Additionally, participants will learn to identify:
- key components of effective conversation
- phases organizations go through
- key statistics needed to effectively manage
- key requirements necessary to build productive
teams
- ways to condition and implement change in an organization
Sample Workshop: The following is
a sample workshop that outlines the standard process Jo Anne Kellert
exercises to understand her client's needs, develop a workshop that integrates Dreaming
Reality: The Seven Phases of Creating into those needs, and insures
that the workshop is followed by efforts designed to assist participants
in implementing the phases into their daily work.
Phase I: Interviews. Standard
workshop includes pre-interviewing each participant. The pre-interview
includes: a review of current projects, goals and commitments; their
assessment of the culture operating inside of the organization; a discussion
on what each individual interviewed views as impossible; and, finally,
in their terms what they believe a breakthrough result would look like.
Phase II: Three-Day Workshop. Standard
workshop includes a three-day on-site or off-site (budget contingent)
meeting. There is a presentation of the core principles of Dreaming
Reality: The Seven Phases of Creating . Participants will explore
how the seven phases of creating are applicable to their current projects,
goals and commitments. Participants will use the phases to: define breakthrough
results; assess resources and learning required, and; create an action
plan to implement process.
Phase III: Follow-up Work Days
and Coaching. Standard
workshop includes; one day with the entire participating group every
four to six weeks. During the course of the project individual coaching
calls with each participant between group sessions are
fulfilled.
