Dreaming Reality: The Seven Phases of Creating is available
to explore through executive coaching sessions that empower individuals,
leaders and entrepreneurs with the skills necessary to confront today's
business challenges and take on the impossible.
The experience is designed to help individuals discover
their capacity and ability to summon innovative energies and consistently
move projects, people and organizations forward with commitment, speed
and agility.
Participants will learn to:

- manage change with greater velocity
- generate sustainability
- understand why endeavors fail, gets stuck, or never
stabilize
- turn breakdowns into breakthroughs
- unleash innovation and creativity
- have projects delivered on time and within budget
Additionally, participants will learn to identify:
- key components of effective conversation
- phases organizations go through
- key statistics needed to effectively manage
- key requirements necessary to build productive teams
- way to condition and implement change
Sample Process: The following is a
sample process Jo Anne Kellert exercises to understand her client's needs,
develop a coaching path that integrates Dreaming Reality: The Seven
Phases of Creating into those needs, and insures that the coaching
experience is designed to assist participants in implementing the phases
into their daily work and lives.
Phase I - Assessment: Interview client
to Assess current goals, commitments and concerns. Evaluate past achievements,
accomplishments and disappointments. Determine what you would want to
accomplish if anything was possible.
Phase II - Design & Implementation: Work
begins with designing a strategic plan for accomplishment. In depth study
is conducted on the seven phases of creating. The connections made between
the importance of the seven phases and how those phases are applicable
to current projects, goals and commitments. Finally, actions are clarified
and implemented.
Phase III - Ongoing Coaching: Weekly
or bi-weekly coaching sessions are scheduled based on the scope of work
and necessity. Coaching sessions can be done in person or by phone on
an hourly and or day basis
